Arsenal manager Unai Emery has told Mesut Ozil that he needs to work harder in order to have a future at the club, according to The Mirror. What's the word? The German World Cup winner became the Gunners' highest-paid player in January, but his importance to the team seems to be dwindling. Since Emery became Arsene Wenger's successor, the style of Arsenal's game has changed, or at least is in the process of doing so. The Spaniard prefers a high-pressing energetic style, which has not yet been grasped by Ozil. The midfielder was substituted with 20 minutes on the clock of the Gunners' 3-2 defeat to Chelsea and was not even included in the team that overcame West Ham United 3-1 on Saturday....
