International Watch: Ramsey scores in Wales win

We had two players in action for their respective countries on Thursday night. Read on to find out how they got on. Aaron Ramsey scored in Wales’ opening UEFA Nations League clash, as they ran out 4-1 winners over the Republic of Ireland. Tom Lawrence broke the deadlock with a driven finish, before Gareth Bale received the ball on the edge of the box, cut in on his left foot and delivered a stunning curling effort into the top corner.  And it wouldn’t be long before Ramsey found his way on to the scoresheet, when he found space inside the box and tucked the past Darren Randolph’s near post.
