Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have reportedly emerged as potential suitors for out-of-favour Manchester United centre-back Eric Bailly. Bailly has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford following last month's defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion, being left out of the starting lineup in each of United's last three games.
