Montemurro – What we need to reach the next level
Everything is going right for Joe Montemurro at the moment. The Arsenal Women manager has guided his side to an unbeaten start this season, and was rewarded for his efforts with a new long-term contract on Wednesday.
But how much more is there to come from this group of players?
