Unai Emery inherited a huge job when he took over from Arsene Wenger as Arsenal manager this summer. After 22 years at the helm, Wenger left the North London club outside of the Champions League and with a squad in need of major improvements. Anyone would have forgiven Emery a slow start given the enormity of the task he faces at the Emirates Stadium in returning the Gunners to the amongst the contenders for the biggest prizes in Europe.
