Spare a thought for Unai Emery. Our head coach had barely got back to the training ground after our win in Lisbon before he was fielding hard-hitting questions ahead of our next game. Are we title contenders? “We’re focused on Sunday.” Does he prefer roast or paella? “In England, roast is best. In Spain, paella.” And so on.
