Tottenham Hotspur 'leading race for Norway starlet Sander Berge'

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly emerged as the frontrunners to sign Genk midfielder Sander Berge in January. The 20-year-old has established himself as a regular in the first team for both club and country, having already made 12 senior international appearances for Norway. A number of Premier League clubs are understood to be tracking the youngster, with Arsenal, Everton and West Ham United among the interested parties. However, TeamTalk reports that Spurs are currently leading the race for Berge's signature, with the club having kept tabs on him since he was just 16 and still playing in his native Norway.
