Barton praises Fleetwood's fighting qualities to set up Wimbledon tie

Joey Barton praised his side's battling qualities after they withstood some fierce Guiseley resistance to book their place in the FA Cup third round. First-half strikes from Paddy Madden and Wes Burns set the League One side on their way to victory before Alex Purver reduced the deficit for the hosts. But Barton's men had been indebted to keeper Alex Cairns for a pair of early saves which kept the National League North strugglers at bay.
