The latest on Bloodworth and Mitchell’s fitness

Emma Mitchell and Dominique Bloodworth underwent surgery over Christmas, so where are they in their recovery process? The latter played the entirety of Sunday’s 4-2 win over West Ham, while Mitchell was only named on the bench. “They’ve had two different surgeries, so they obviously need to be treated differently,” Joe Montemurro told Arsenal.com. “Mitch was more of a muscular and ligament scenario which will take a little bit more time from a conditioning perspective, while Dom’s is just the bruising of the actual wound.  “Once that’s done she’s ready to go.
