Arsenal 'to offer Rob Holding new contract'

Arsenal are reportedly preparing to offer Rob Holding a new and improved contract. Holding has been with Arsenal since a 2016 move from Bolton Wanderers, making 60 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions. The 23-year-old will not play again this season having picked up a serious knee injury in December. Holding had been a regular in the first half of the campaign, however, and according to The Mirror, Arsenal are preparing to offer the centre-back fresh terms to reflect his importance to the team.
