Arsenal fans have been left devastated after Aaron Ramsey sustained a potentially season-ending injury in the Europa League quarter-final against Napoli. The Wales international was substituted in the first half after suffering a muscular injury. And BBC Sport have since reported that Ramsey may well have played his last game for the club after Unai Emery revealed he could be out for three weeks.
