James Milner is considering offers from Liverpool and Arsenal as he edges closer to leaving Manchester City, according to reports from The Metro. The England international’s contract at the Etihad Stadium expires at the end of the season and is negotiating with the reigning Premier League champions, but an agreement has not been reached.
