Having gotten his first win of his fledgling reign as interim head coach against West Ham last Monday night, Freddie Ljungberg will be hoping for an early Christmas miracle when his Arsenal side take on Premier League champions Manchester City. The Gunners proceeded to draw their next game after the Hammers result when they travelled to Belgium to face Standard Liege in the Europa League on Thursday, but they did achieve their main objective by finishing top of their group. And having rested several of his key first-team stars for that clash, Ljungberg will no doubt be looking to recall as many of them as possible for Sunday afternoon.
