‘We were clinical when we needed to be’

Joe Montemurro praised his side’s clinical nature in front of goal on Sunday, as we cruised to a 2-0 victory over Birmingham City at Meadow Park. The win saw us maintain our place at the top of the Women’s Super League table - and extend our winning streak at home to nine consecutive league fixtures. “It’s always a little tricky coming back after a break and getting the match rhythm back.
