Coronavirus: Arteta 'feeling better already' as he thanks Premier League for postponing matches

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is "feeling better already" after his positive coronavirus diagnosis and has thanked the Premier League for postponing matches. The London club confirmed on Thursday that Arteta had contracted the virus, forcing them to close their London Colney training base. Premier League chiefs held an emergency meeting on Friday in the wake of the news and decided to suspend all games until April 3 at the earliest.
