Jack Wilshere details Wenger telling him his Arsenal career is over in club gym

Ex- Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has lifted the lid on the moment Arsene Wenger told him he should leave the club for the good of his career. Wilshere had been at Arsenal since the age of nine, rising through their academy set-up and making his debut in 2008 as a 16-year-old. Wildly considered one of the hottest young prospects in world football, Wilshere was expected to have a hugely successful career for both club and country. However, a series of injuries cruelly robbed him of the chance to fulfil his undoubted potential. In 2016, he spent a season on loan at Bournemouth with the aim of kickstarting his career but he was struck down with a calf problem which ended the spell early....
