Arsenal transfer boost as Fraser rejects Bournemouth contract over injury fears
Arsenal have received a boost in their pursuit of Ryan Fraser after he turned down a short-term contract at Bournemouth. The Scotland international is a top target at the Emirates amid the coronavirus crisis. Due to the pandemic, teams around the world are unclear over what the economic fallout will be.
