Borussia Dortmund 'beat Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur to Thomas Meunier'

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have allegedly missed out on signing Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier. With the Belgium international leaving Parc des Princes on a free transfer this summer, the 28-year-old represented an attractive option for the two Premier League clubs. However, according to Bild, Borussia Dortmund have edged out the North London teams to sign the player on a long-term deal. Meunier, who has made 128 appearances for PSG since 2016, has reportedly penned a contract with Dortmund until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
