Rio Ferdinand has urged Mikel Arteta to focus on youth when rebuilding his Arsenal squad. The Spaniard has a massive job on his hands turning around the club's fortunes and Ferdinand believes the young stars who have impressed this season should be the ones Arteta builds his team around.
