Arsenal have reportedly decided to sign Willian instead of Philippe Coutinho, with the Chelsea winger expected to make the move across London on a free transfer this summer. The Gunners are looking to add to their squad and have been linked with both Willian and Coutinho, who are clients of agent Kia Joorabchian.
