Arsenal star Mesut Ozil sends message to fans with Arsene Wenger throwback
Mesut Ozil has posted a message to Arsenal fans saying he doesn’t regret joining the club seven years ago. Ozil moved to the Emirates from Real Madrid in 2013 and impressed at times under Arsene Wenger. He has struggled since the Frenchman departed with Unai Emery and Mikel Arteta regularly leaving him out of the Gunners side. Indeed, Ozil did not feature when football returned after the coronavirus lockdown and could leave the Premier League giants this summer. But he has hinted he would make the move again if given the chance, praising former boss Wenger.
