Former Arsenal scout Francis Cagigao has penned an emotional message to the club after he was made redundant, following more than two decades of service. As Head of International Scouting, Cagigao was instrumental in the recruitment of a number of Arsenal stars, including Cesc Fabregas, Hector Bellerin, Santi Cazorla and, most recently, Gabriel Martinelli.
