Emiliano Martinez, Mesut Ozil and Matteo Guendouzi have been left out by Mikel Arteta. The Arsenal first-team manager picked his 18-man squad for the Premier League clash against Fulham, and handed starts to new signings Willian and Gabriel as well as William Saliba. As well as the young prospects Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah, Nicolas Pepe and Dani Ceballos made the bench, which didn’t include three of their stars who have been linked with moves away. Martinez has been tipped to join Aston Villa having been replaced in goal by Bernd Leno, Ozil has been linked with a move to China, and Guendouzi will several European clubs having fallen out of favour.
