Arsenal are preparing to loan out Lucas Torreira in a bid to create room in the squad for Thomas Partey. The Ghana international is the top transfer target at the Emirates this summer. But the Gunners have ran into problems negotiating with Atletico Madrid, who have proved tricky customers.
