Mesut Ozil 's agent has claimed Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has 'failed to be fair, honest and transparent' after leaving the 32-year-old out of the Gunners' Premier League and Europa League squads. Arteta has insisted the matter is 'just a football decision' but Ozil's agent Dr Erkut Sogut has slammed the Spaniard for his treatment of the former Germany international.
