20 major Premier League summer signings ranked so far and what future holds

Despite the strange and uncertain circumstances, Premier League clubs still managed to spend a combined total of more than £1billion this summer. Chelsea were the most active, bringing in several big names after a transfer ban the previous year and spending more than £200m in the process. Arsenal and Manchester United - eventually - were busy, too, while Everton have perhaps seen the most immediate return from their new additions. Here, Daily Star Sport has ranked the most high-profile summer signings and assessed their respective seasons so far.
