Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta explains delay in David Luiz sub after Raul Jimenez injury clash

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has explained why David Luiz was not substituted until half time of Sunday's defeat to Wolves at the Emirates. Luiz came off best from a sickening clash of heads with Wolves striker Raul Jimenez. Jimenez was given oxygen on the pitch and taken straight to hospital following the incident in the fifth minute of the match in north London.
