William Saliba's transfer preference has been revealed as he weighs up his next move in January. Young defender Saliba was expected to become a first team regular this season after Arsenal opted not to loan him out again for the season. The Gunners sent the 19-year-old straight back to St-Etienne last summer after snapping him up for £27m. But in his first year actually in north London, Saliba has failed to make a senior appearance, suggesting he’s not quite ready yet.
