Some Arsenal fans are convinced that Lyon star Houssem Aouar is set for a move to the Emirates in January, after the midfielder appeared to drop a hint about his future. Arsenal attempted to sign the 22-year-old over the summer but they were ultimately unsuccessful and failed to bring in a creative midfielder at all. That failure has had a major effect on their struggles this season, with only the current bottom four managing to score fewer Premier League goals than the Gunners.
