Alternative football awards 2020 from biggest tantrum to best Roy Keane rant

In the most bizarre year for many a generation, it makes no sense to take football seriously. That’s why Daily Star Sport has set up a new awards ceremony to celebrate the moments that made us smile while the world crumbled around us. It’s a minor miracle we’ve been blessed with the beautiful game carrying on (except for the longest three months ever between March and June) - even if we can’t go to games. Football has never dominated our TVs more than now, though, and it’s provided plenty of entertainment in the darkest of times.
