Scott McTominay's stomach problems against Arsenal did not go unnoticed by Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker. The Manchester United star was forced off midway through the first-half of United's 0-0 draw at the Emirates with persistent stomach cramps. Lineker knows a thing or two about being caught short and famously was unable to hold it when playing for England against Republic of Ireland at Italia 90.
