John Terry gives passionate reaction to David Luiz red card controversy

John Terry has passionately defended his former team-mate David Luiz after he was sent off for Arsenal on Tuesday night. It was the catalyst for the club's 2-1 defeat to Wolves in a match that also saw Bernd Leno receive a red card. Arsenal were 1-0 up and coasting on their way to half-time through an earlier strike from Nicolas Pepe. But with seconds left before the whistle blew, Luiz was adjudged to have fouled Willian Jose in the box after a tangle of legs. Referee Craig Pawson showed the Brazilian a red card straight away and Ruben Neves scored from the resulting penalty.
