Mikel Arteta 'wants three more new Arsenal signings in summer window'

Mikel Arteta will reportedly push Arsenal's board into sanctioning deals for three players in the summer transfer window. The Gunners were among Europe's busier clubs in January, albeit with the majority of their business being outgoing activity. Mesut Ozil, Sead Kolasinac, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Shkodran Mustafi all had their contracts cancelled, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Joe Willock were sent out on loan. Mathew Ryan and Martin Odegaard were brought in on short-term deals from Brighton & Hove Albion and Real Madrid respectively.
