Permanent Martin Odegaard Arsenal move 'depends on Zinedine Zidane'

Arsenal could reportedly have a chance of signing Martin Odegaard on a permanent deal this summer if Zinedine Zidane keeps his position as Real Madrid boss. The Norway international was allowed to move to the Gunners on loan during the January window, having struggled to hold down a regular position at the Bernabeu in the first half of the 2020-21 campaign. Spanish journalist Guillem Balague recently claimed that Arsenal had 'zero chance' of signing Odegaard on a long-term basis.
