William Saliba is back in the headlines after doubling down on his criticism of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta. The 19-year-old was signed by the Gunners when Unai Emery was in charge, before being immediately loaned back to Saint-Etienne for the duration of the 2019/20 campaign.
