Arsenal legend Henry resigns as Montreal boss after Bournemouth interest

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has stepped down as head coach at Montreal. The Major League Soccer side have announced the departure of the former France international just weeks after he was linked to Championship outfit Bournemouth. With the role going to Jonathan Woodgate until the end of the season, Montreal will now also be on the lookout for a new coach this month, with their former boss returning to London. “It is with a heavy heart that I’ve decided to take this decision,” said Henry. “The last year has been an extremely difficult one for me personally.
