Alexandre Lacazette has admitted Arsenal's players 'did not respect' Mikel Arteta's game plan in their 3-3 draw with West Ham. The Gunners fought back from 3-0 down to snatch a point at the London Stadium with a spirited second half display. Goals from Jesse Lingard, Jarrod Bowen and Tomas Soucek raced West Ham into a seemingly insurmountable lead inside 32 minutes. But a nown goal from Soucek late in the first-half gave the Gunners hope - and they looked a changed team after the break. Arteta's men appeared quicker and more urgent and found a way back into the game courtesy of another own goal - this time from Craig Dawson.
