Gary Lineker took to Twitter to troll Arsenal after their 3-1 win over West Brom condemned the Baggies to the drop. First half goals from Emile Smith Rowe and Nicolas Pepe gave the Gunners a commanding lead, and while Matheus Pereira offered the visitors hope, Willian’s last minute free-kick secured all three points for Mikel Arteta’s side. It was a sad but inevitable day for Sam Allardyce's side, but a much needed win for Arsenal, who still have an outside chance of qualifying for Europe next season after moving back up to ninth place.
