Bendtner would chat with Prince Harry during London nights at private clubs

Nicklas Bendtner was never as bad as social media would have you believe - however, his off the field antics would often play into the 'Lord Bendtner' character. Bendtner - who spent nine years at Arsenal - retired on Thursday morning at the age of 33, after rounding out his playing for Tarnby FF's veteran side in his native Denmark. He's been on quite the journey since he left Arsenal - that saw him playing for Sunderland one season and Juventus the next. However, during his North London days, it was just as common to see Bendtner on the turf of the Emirates as it was to see him enjoying the London nightlife.
