Neil Warnock names best-ever Premier League manager and it's not even Sir Alex Ferguson

Neil Warnock has named former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger as the greatest Premier League manager of all time in a major snub to Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson. Despite winning a record 13 league titles and a whopping 38 trophies during his time at Old Trafford, Warnock revealed that Ferguson doesn't even make his top-three. The 72-year-old named Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp above the iconic Scot, with former United, Tottenham and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho completing his top five.
