Lucas Torreira has slammed Fiorentina after seeing his proposed move from Arsenal fall through. The Uruguayan enjoyed a fruitful loan spell with La Viola last season and was expected to make the move a permanent one this summer. However, a prospective transfer has since been left in ruins. The Serie A side's loan agreement with the Gunners is understood to have included a £12.8million option-to-buy clause - one which the Italian outfit were initially keen on exercising. However, Fiorentina have since stalled on triggering the agreement and subsequently irked Arsenal by attempting to see that figure reduced by over half, down to just £6m.
