Agent advises transfer linked Arsenal ace to stay put
Wojciech Szczesny looks set to complete a season long loan move to Serie A side Roma (via Arsenal.com), but Italian agent Claudio Pasqualin insists that he would be better off staying put at the Emirates, as reported by Tutto Mercato Web. Pasqualin claims bringing Szczesny to Rome is pointless, as the Italian side already already have Morgan De Sanctis on their books. Szczesny is obviously not making the move to Roma just to sit on the bench, as he could do that comfortably at Arsenal. So either he is being brought in to replace the ageing 38-year-old De Sanctis, or he is set to be very disappointed when he gets to the Italian capital.
