Arsenal say Jack Wilshere has strongly denied allegations of assault after he was filmed being interviewed by police following a fracas outside a London nightclub in the early hours of Sunday morning. Wilshere is seen talking to police officers in an alleyway amid chaotic scenes outside the Club de Paris venue. The Daily Mirror and The Sun report that Wilshere had been asked to leave the club following a heated argument, and that one man had accused the Arsenal midfielder of striking him.
