Arsenal starlet agrees new £30,000-a-week long-term deal
Alex Iwobi has reportedly agreed to a new long-term deal with Arsenal which will keep him at the club until 2021 as he is rewarded for his impact this season. The teenager has impressed for Arsene Wenger when featuring for the senior side, and in turn it is expected that it will lead to the new bumper deal worth £30,000 per week, as reported by The Mirror. Iwobi only signed his current deal last October which was understood to be worth around £10,000-a-week until 2019, but evidently he has made big strides since then and Wenger has been keen to tie down his future and reward him.
