Arsenal confident of double summer deal for star duo
Arsenal are confident they will extend the contracts of star duo Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil at the end of the season, according to reports from the London Evening Standard. At the start of 2016, the Gunners were favourites to win the Premier League with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City struggling, yet once again Arsene Wenger’s men were unable to keep up with the other title challengers, this time Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur. This has seen several of Arsenal’s star men disillusioned with their lack of progress, with none bigger than Ozil and Sanchez.
