The first game of the season will take place on the weekend of 13/14 August. It is the first season of a new domestic TV broadcast deal that sees Sky Sports and BT Sport pay £5.1billion for broadcast rights over the next three years. The top four will likely be fiercely contested this season and a number of clubs have changed their managers over the summer.
