(Photo) Arsenal mourn loss of former player
Arsenal sent out a message on the official club twitter account paying respects to former player Mel Charles who played for the club between 1959-1962. Charles made 64 appearances for the Gunners during his time at the club and Arsenal shared a picture of him in an old club shirt. The former Arsenal player was 81 years old when he passed away. Charles played nearly 400 games for teams including Arsenal, Cardiff City and Port Vale as well as Swansea.
