Koscielny Agrees New Long-Term Arsenal Deal

Laurent Koscielny has agreed a new deal at Arsenal that will keep him at the club until 2020, according to French newspaper L’Equipe. The report claims the centre-back will sign the new deal in the coming days, possibly even before Wednesday’s Champions League clash with PSG. Koscielny will be 35 when his contract expires meaning he will become the club’s longest-serving Frenchman, ahead of legends Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira, should he see out his new deal. The France international turned 31 in September and his new long-term contract appears to represent a change in policy from Arsene Wenger.
