Confirmed: Who Arsenal Could Draw In The Champions League
Arsenal's victory over FC Basel on Tuesday night, coupled with PSG's surprise draw at home to Ludogorets means the Gunners go into Monday's Champions League draw as group winners for the first time since the 2011-12 season. Arsene Wenger's side should theoretically at least, receive a kinder draw, and will hope to make it past the round of 16 for the first time since 2009-10 having been knocked out at the same stage for the last six seasons in a row. The good news for the Gunners is that they will definitely miss some big names in the draw with Wenger's men unable to draw Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund or Juventus who have also finished as group winners.
