Jack Wilshere Set For £150K-A-Week Arsenal Contract
It has been reported that Arsenal are ready to hand injury-prone Jack Wilshere a bumper pay-rise. The Daily Star reported that Wilshere will be handed a new £150k-a-week deal to commit his long term future to Arsenal. The Gunners midfielder is reportedly a target of Manchester City as Manuel Pellegrini looks to overhaul his ageing squad in the summer. Wilshere, 23, has endured a frustrating season at the Emirates. He has been sidelined since December with an ankle injury and has courted controversy after being pictured smoking twice in the last 12 months.
